The McManus2015 is basically the new & upgraded version of the McManus2010 Sniper Rifle from Saints Row 2. When working on the design for the McManus2015, I knew that I wanted the fully upgraded version of this weapon to be extremely large and the base level to be much smaller. For the base level, I kept both the barrel and magazine relatively small and I included a suppressor on the smaller barrel so that the audio guys could have some fun with the firing sound. You can eventually add a bipod stand to the front of the gun, and while this is not exactly functional in game (because the player cannot go prone), having this upgrade on the rifle does reduce recoil and adds accuracy. The fully upgraded version adds an extended barrel and muzzle brake. This final upgrade makes the McManus 2015 extremely accurate and much more powerful, sometimes causing enemies or pedestrians to fly backwards through the air when shot with it.
